★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy sorprendido de la buena calidad del servicio, literal solo fui a ver la tienda sucursal satelite, y sali con examen visual actualizado que me pareció muy bueno y con armazón nuevo, solicite que me llegaran a domicilio y demoro solo tres días hábiles, me quedaron muy bien y veo bien, muy recomendable esta marca, acudí a sucursal satelite, espero todas sean asi de buenas.
 Very surprised by the good quality of the service, literally I only went to see the satellite branch store, and I came out with an updated visual exam that seemed very good to me and with a new frame, I asked for it to be delivered to my home and it took only three business days, I had very well and I see well, I highly recommend this brand, I went to the satellite branch, I hope they are all that good.

Solo les faltaría tener mayor cantidad de modelos tanto oftalmicos como de sol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy a una tienda de Ben and Frank y ha sido de las mejores experiencias de compra. Fui por unos lentes para la computadora y estoy segura que regresaré por mis lentes con graduación.
Estaba un poco temerosa por poder probarte los lentes con el tema COVID pero tienen la dinámica de que cuando te los pruebas debes de ponerlos al revés en el aparador e inmediatamente alguien de los empleados los limpia/desinfecta.
Me atendió Gabriel y recibí una excelente atención, desde que fui a buscar mis lentes hasta que fui por ellos. Muy amable, paciente y respondió todas mis dudas.
En fin de semana hay algo de gente pero tengo entendido que para los exámenes de la vista es con cita para que no te hagan esperar.

It is the first time that I go to a Ben and Frank store and it has been one of the best shopping experiences. I went for some computer glasses and I'm sure I'll be back for my prescription glasses.
I was a little scared to be able to try on the COVID-themed glasses but they have the dynamic that when you try them on you have to put them upside down on the sideboard and immediately someone from the employees cleans/disinfects them.
Gabriel attended me and I received excellent attention, from the moment I went to get my glasses until I went to pick them up. Very friendly, patient and answered all my questions.
On weekends there are some people but I understand that for eye exams it is by appointment so they don't make you wait.
