★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calidad de servicio pésima. Agende una cita para mi examen de la vista. Llegue 2 min tarde sobre aquellos de tolerancia (5min) por cuestiones 1. De tráfico al ingresar el centro comercial y 2. Por no poder correr ya que estoy embarazada.
No me atendieron, tendría que volver agendar.
Cancele trabajo y maneje hora y media. Se les explicó.
Entiendo reglas pero también deberán entender SERVICIO AL
CLIENTE. Lo cual no hubo.
Perdón pero pésimo. Perdieron la venta por solo decir no.
Terrible quality of service. Make an appointment for my eye exam. Arrive 2 min late on those of tolerance (5 min) for issues 1. Traffic when entering the mall and 2. For not being able to run since I am pregnant.
They did not attend to me, I would have to reschedule.
Cancel work and drive for an hour and a half. It was explained to them.
I understand rules but they should also understand SERVICE TO
CLIENT. Which there was not.
Sorry but lousy. They lost the sale for just saying no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaja que oso la que puso 1 estrella por llegar tarde. Genial! Había perdido mis lentes que me pedí en la sucursal de Mérida y con mi nombre y correo vieron mi graduación y me tenían unos nuevos en como tres días. Las chicas súper amables.
Haha what a bear the one who put 1 star for being late. Cool! I had lost my glasses that I had ordered at the Mérida branch and with my name and email they saw my prescription and they had new ones for me in about three days. Super friendly girls.

Todo esta muy bonito, el diseño, el concepto, pero lo que realmente es malo es la calidad de los lentes, se rayan super fácil (mucas corrientes) el campo visual de los progresivos se distorsiona a los lados (señal de que son de baja calidad). Si lo que buscas son lentes buenos qué te duren y que sean de una mejor calidad. Este no es el lugar tire 4,500 pesos a la basura y acabe en costco.
Avoid them!! Everything is very nice, the design, the concept, but what is really bad is the quality of the lenses, they scratch very easily (very common), the visual field of the progressives is distorted to the sides (a sign that they are low quality). If what you are looking for are good glasses that last and are of better quality. This is not the place to throw 4,500 pesos in the trash and end up at costco.
