wow! For now, nothing to improve. On both visits to Santa Fe, the team was amazing and attentive. They managed to give me what I needed.
The telephone service was empathetic and gave a timely response to my requests.
The best thing is that in record time, I received my prescription glasses and they were perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un chavo con muy mala actitud. No sé si no le gusta su trabajo o simplemente no le gusta nada en la vida. Mi hermano iba a recoger sus lentes y lo trataron muy mal, cuando yo quise entrar a ver unos lentes me pregunto que a qué iba, puso la cadena en la puerta, se dio la vuelta y se fue. ¿Saben cuando vuelvo a pararme en esa tienda? Jamás.
There is a guy with a very bad attitude. I don't know if he doesn't like his job or if he just doesn't like anything in life. My brother was going to pick up his glasses and they treated him very badly, when I wanted to go in to see some glasses, he asked me what he was going for, he put the chain on the door, he turned around and left. Do you know when I'll stop at that store again? Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio. Lindos diseños y buenísimos precios. Tienen pocos modelos para niños pero todos son divinos además los lentes de niños llevan su toallita de limpieza con dibujos, un pin “4 ojos”, un cordón y unas lindas stickers para el estuche.
Excellent attention and service. Nice designs and great prices. They have few models for children but they are all divine, and the children's glasses have their cleaning cloth with drawings, a “4 eyes” pin, a cord and some cute stickers for the case.
