El servicio de garantía es totalmente confiable, en una ocasión a mis primeros lentes les encontré un detalle y me los cambiaron por unos nuevos sin ponerse pesados ni cuestionarme al respecto. Desde entonces a todos se los recomiendo. Valen la pena!
I am very happy that they opened a branch in Merida! I love these lenses, super accessible prices (which include frame and micas), very original models and hipsters, and very attentive in the service.
The warranty service is totally reliable, on one occasion I found a detail on my first lenses and they changed them for new ones without getting heavy or questioning me about it. Since then I recommend them all. They're worth it!
