Yo compré el modelo Martin Maple, me encantaron, el servicio bueno, pero no respetan el horario de las citas, esperé muuuucho tiempo. Aburrido :( En general me pareció buena la calidad y el diseño por el precio. Pero espero que mejoren su servicio al cliente para que sea EXCELENTE. I love your marketing and advertising proposal, like this or more retro, well for that! I bought the Martin Maple model, I loved them, the service good, but they don't respect the appointment schedule, I waited a loooong time. Boring :( Overall I thought the quality and design was good for the price. But I hope they improve their customer service to be EXCELLENT.

Lo único malo fue que esperé aproximadamente 30 minutos para el examen aún teniendo cita. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Mantienen las medidas de seguridad ante la pandemia, y mis lentes sólo tardaron en llegar dos días hábiles. They took good care of me, Miss Karen who did the eye exam and Anahí who took care of me when I chose my glasses. Me sorprendió su servicio eficaz y eficiente, los lentes son bonitos y de muy buena calidad se tardaron en entregarlos solo 5 días(muy rápido) la atención en tienda y en el consultorio muy buena, atentos y amables. La optometrista es muy amable, paciente y hace una buena lectura de tú graduación. Los tiempos de espera son cortos. Las armazones son de buena calidad, así cómo las micas, relación precio. No son tan costosos cómo otras ópticas reconocidas. Mi entrega fue a domicilio y muy rápida. Entregan accesorios para cuidar y enchular tus lentes. Los compré un sábado y el martes ya podía pasar a recogerlos, la presentación es excelente con su paño, su estuche metálico, bueno hasta un pin y una bolsa de tela me dieron. Falta ver cuanto duran los lentes pero hasta el momento estoy satisfecho. La atención fue amable y rápida, debes hacer cita para hacerte el examen de la vista y luego de que has elegido tu armazón (cualquiera es una gran inversión, porque son bastante resistentes), no tardan ni 4 días en entregarte tus lentes. Las instalaciones se encuentran limpias y se encuentran divididas en dos partes (según sé): en la planta baja les comentas que tienes cita, eliges tu armazón y en el segundo piso es donde se realiza el examen de la vista. Me imagino que es por el espacio reducido que tuvieron que dividir la sucursal, pero de cualquier manera representa un problema para las personas como movilidad limitada.
