★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente frecuente de esta sucursal y es la última vez que voy... Llegas a preguntar por algún producto y nunca saben nada, no se esfuerzan en revisar si lo tienen. Si voy a hacer algún depósito te tardan por estar platicando con la compañera o no saben que tienes ciertos servicios o convenios y te niegan el servicio cuando si los tienen (me muevo de sucursal y si lo tienen ahí). Y siempre te atienden de la manera las antipática posible, parece que están molestas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy vecino de la zona, por lo regular apartir de las 20:00 no tienen servicio y es molesto que pase con frecuencia. Igual apartir de esta hora te atiende por ventanilla me imagino por la inseguridad lo molesto es que ya no puedes pagar con tarjeta. Además una señora grande no te atiende de buena manera tal vez por la edad no lose, además con frecuencia escucho que los clientes que asisten se quejan porque publican en los estantes o anaqueles promociones o precios y cuando llegan a caja a pagar no lo respetan, les comentan que eso precio o promoción ya no son válidas. Y todo lo que comento pasa con frecuencia. Y es bastante molesto. Es fue mi experiencia.
