The menu it's a creation of the Chef Sergio Ignacio De la Mora, who is a fan of the famous Ferran Adria Acosta. The name Benazuza, comes from the HOTEL HACIENDA Benazuza in Sanlúcar la Mayor a town near from Sevilla, Spain, consider the new El Bulli. The concept "cocina tecno-emocional" is show you in 21 dishes in this photos ??

L	Liz Pino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my family went to Benazuza we were told an incorrect date by the registration person and we showed up at the restaurant a day late. The staff at Benazuza still got us in and we were very pleased that they squeezed us in anyway. The experience was very cool. They started off with the most interesting "drinks" that you actually ate and then we were moved into the restaurant where we were given full attention and was explained what we were served and in what order we should eat the dishes. This experience is very calculated and intriguing.
K	Kevin M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well unfortunately we've been trying to make reservations for over a month while we were stateside., We even had the concierge at the property we're staying at make our reservations a week in advance. No one at Ben Azusa ever answered or returned emails or returned WhatsApp notifications. Eventually I took a cab from our property to Ben Azusa to make reservations the night of and unfortunately we found that there was no availability so something we've been planning on for several months was not succeeded because of horrible communications and lack of response from Ben Azusa. We've heard that the food experiences incredible but the customer service is horrible as we found out!!

The service was incredible and it was so cool having different foods throughout the meal. I do think this is a one time experience, but I am so glad I was able to have this experience.

We bought a bottle of wine in conjunction with the food experience and let me tell you it added to the experience. It’s a beautiful time both with the exquisite set up but also with the tastes that you are introduced to as you eat the unique mexican meals. Customer service as always is 100%.
P	Pete Wheeler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now this an experience you should not miss.Food was fantastic. Service was very informative and attentive. We did the wine pairings which I would recommend. The sommelier is very knowleadgable and it is a chance to try Mexican wines.

Everything is tapa style but the way the food is made it works since your senses. If you are in Cancun you must visit this place. I wish they had one in the USA. They guve you 17 entrees that are small portion but you will get so full. Service is superb!!!!!
