★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos 4 paletas de manera individual que pertenecían a una promoción y cuando nos dimos cuenta que podíamos pagar 20 pesos más y tomar esa promoción, la señorita no nos la quizo hacer valida. Lo único que tenía que hacer era cancelar la compra y volver a realizarla pero no quiso y me parece que esa no es la fórmula para para tener clientes contentos. Saludos.
We bought 4 pallets individually that belonged to a promotion and when we realized that we could pay 20 pesos more and take that promotion, the lady did not want to validate it for us. All he had to do was cancel the purchase and make it again but he did not want to and it seems to me that that is not the formula to have happy customers. Greetings.
