En cuanto al sabor es distinta a otras pizzas comerciales, ya que es una masa un tanto delgada, espolvoreada en su orilla con ajonjolí, bastante salsa de tomate (jitomate), queso el suficiente y los ingredientes bastante aceptables. Para aderezar, incluyen porciones bastas de chimichurri, catsup y chile seco molido (de árbol). Recomendable
