Y	Yin Yan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te preguntan si es para comer ahí o para llevar, nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando nos entregaron la pizza ya que no contenía lo que decía el menú y ea que le faltaba un ingrediente, les comenté a las señoritas y dijeron no saber nada le preguntaron a los chicos que las preparan y dijeron no tener ese ingrediente por lo que no se lo pusieron pero nunca nos dijeron que no había ese ingrediente y ellos deben de saber lo que tienen. Por otro lado nunca se disculparme ni nos propusieron compensar el inconveniente con otro y lo peor es que cuando les pedimos chimi tradicional dijeron que nos daban eso en lugar del ingrediente que no le pusieron a la pizza y ese lo dan en la compra de la pizza así que se pasaron de listos pero nunca vuelvo a llevar a mi familia a comer a ese lugar muy nefasta su atención Terrible service, they do not ask you if it is to eat there or to take away, we were surprised when they delivered the pizza since it did not contain what the menu said and it was missing an ingredient, I told the ladies and they said they did not know They asked the guys who prepare them nothing and they said they didn't have that ingredient so they didn't put it on them but they never told us there wasn't that ingredient and they must know what they have. On the other hand, they never apologized to me nor did they propose to compensate us for the inconvenience with another and the worst thing is that when we asked them for traditional chimi they said that they gave us that instead of the ingredient that they did not put on the pizza and that they give it when buying the pizza so they went over the top but I never take my family to eat at that place again, their attention is very dire

Recibimos y realizamos aproximadamente 5 llamadas preguntándonos nuestra dirección diciendo que no la encontraban y que el repartidor se tuvo que regresar porque andaba perdido, la última llamada que realicé resulta que el repartidor nunca salió de la tienda, pero que ya iba en camino y que masomenos sabía por donde era la dirección. Después de la entrega llamamos para reclamar el mal servicio y la pizza fría no nos quisieron contestar. Adjunto evidencia de las llamadas que hicimos que no contestaron. La verdad Benedetti's tiene bastante competencia en toda la zona y no se pueden dar el lujo de andar perdiendo clientes. Pero viendo las demás opiniones les recomiendo que se vayan por otra opción. PD. El repartidor no portaba correctamente su cubrebocas. Terrible service. They gave us the cold pizza and two hours late with the excuse that the delivery man was new.
