★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues Manejan supuestas promociones,.. te venden la masa de la mediana mas aplanada y alargada para convertirla en Grande,.. les pedi que viniera bien servida "la especialidad" y de verdad cuentan los ingredientes... 10 jamones y 10 salchichas... , Me lleve 2 pizzas Grandes y les pedí que me regalaran otro chimichurri, ya que yo no llevo las otras salsas que regalan..y me dijeron que tenía costo de 15 pesos,.. cuando deberían regalarlo , sobre todo por que NO todos los clientes llevan chimichurri y deberían compensar eso con los que si lo consumimos... , En fin,.. es una pena que hayan cerrado el Benedettis de Centro sur , ya que era mejor servicio y las pizzas venían mejor preparadas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 Marzo del 2022, 7:30pm Queretaro, sucursal MilenioIII, la señorita en turno no respeta los horarios publicados del negocio, coloca muchos “peros” para recibir un servicio a domicilio, miente y además como ya se querían ir colgó el teléfono y ya no tomaron llamadas y eso que aún era temprano, personas que no vale la pena tener como empleados porque lo único que hacen es espantar a los clientes para que no regresen. Pésimo servicio de esta persona, no recomiendo esa sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que siempre nos ha gustado de esta franquicia es la masa y el ajonjolí que ponen en ella, también la salsa de chimichurri. Lo que NO nos gusta es el sabor de la CATSUP, que invariablemente tiene un sabor rancio y raro. Esperemos que esta nueva sucursal mantenga los estándares de calidad (y un poco más) ya que la competencia en la zona es alta.
What we have always liked about this franchise is the dough and sesame that they put in it, also the chimichurri sauce. What we DON'T like is the taste of the CATSUP, which invariably has a rancid and rare taste. Hopefully this new branch will maintain quality standards (and a little more) since competition in the area is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not bad pizza, it's just boring. The dough is bland, the cheese has no flavor, and the vaunted chimi sauce is a poor pairing for the pizza. It was a bit overpriced as well. Won't be back. Won't recommend.
