Muy mala atención. Tengo un trámite y no lo pueden solucionar, me dan largas y no contestan los teléfonos, además que cuando contestan dejan a uno esperando mucho tiempo.

Es una pésima empresa por la incompetencia de sus empleados al no hacer el trámite a tiempo para la indemnización del robo de mi coche y a base de mentiras y amenazas de retirarme el auto sustituto que me prestaron para no hacer mi trámite personalmente en la aseguradora y a la fecha no son para dar la cara y responder por su irresponsabilidad. Y la prestación del auto sustituto me lo dan sin batería dejándome tirado al igual que en malas condiciones me lo dan . Por lo que no les recomiendo trabajar con beneficia MX ya que es una porquería de empresa..

Pésima atención por parte del personal, son déspotas y groseros.

Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo. Cuando se les necesita no tienen grúas y te ofrecen mandar una grúa (con las que dicen tener un convenio, pero que de nada sirve pagar puntual el seguro) para que uno la pague en efectivo al momento, argumentando que te harán llegar el Reembolso en 72 horas, llevo un mes esperando! . Eso si para cobrar están bien puestos y cobrar dinero de más. Una demanda les caería bien!

Pésimo servicio, no contestan correos ni llamadas, mi trámite lleva mas de un mes y nadie me da solución.

Es una empresa que lamentablemente tiene un servicio poco eficiente, incumplen fechas pactadas; BMW nos asigno gestores de "Beneficia" para dar da baja las placas de una camioneta. El pasado 22 de Julio de 2021 entregamos documentación completa a los gestores y hoy 04 de Octubre de 2021 aún continua el trámite en curso. Me queda claro que es nada recomendable y futuros trámites no los realizaría con ellos y tampoco los recomendaría.

DON´T buy anything from this company, it´s just a scam. I bought a Tourist car Insurance through MexiVisit, the company handled my case was Beneficia.mx, I got because I was going to visit Mexico. I got into an accident and followed their instructions, I took my car to the dealership and rented a car. They told me that I had to pay out of my pocket for both (the repairs and the rental car) and later they were going to reimburse me me . I paid for everything and send them an email with my Mexivisit policy, my credit car statement proving the charges, and the document created by the police officer. After 20 days of calling their lines, I finally spoke with one of their representatives from their reimbursement department, and she said that everything look fine and that they were going to transfer my reimbursement in 6 days. Later she send me an email saying that they were not going to pay me because my car was at the car shop for 7 days, and they only pay for 4 days. I explained to her that the time that the car spend on the dealer was not up to me, I piked my car the same day when dealer call me and said that it was ready. Until this day, I had exchange more emails with them, but they only come up new rules that were not present my contract and they haven´t paid for anything. Don´t lose your money with this scam, don´t buy anything from Mexivisit or Benefia.mx, they´re companies only dedicated to steal money from people.
