Super unpunctual they gave me the appointment at 11 and the lady arrived at 12:15 and I still went to the appointment at 12 the manager checked her agenda and of course my appointment was there and just for good an apology and it is worth your time ?? ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero comenzar diciendo que no es la primera vez que voy a un Brow Bar. Comencé a ir desde el 2016 porque en verdad me gusta mucho que el diseño de cejas lo hacen súper simétrico. Después de ir por muchos años con Andrea en Sephora Antara, hoy conocí a Noemí. Desde que me senté me pregunto que cómo me gustaban las cejas y me explico qué haría para lograrlo. Todo el proceso lo hizo súper despacio, asegurándose que no se llevará pelitos de más. De verdad que salí súper feliz de mi servicio, no sólo súper profesional, si no que MUY agradable estar con ella. Agradezco muchísimo la dedicación que le puso a mis cejitas (porque soy bien cosquillosa) y sin duda alguna, regreso mil veces con Noemí.
I want to start by saying that it is not the first time that I go to a Brow Bar. I started going since 2016 because I really like that the design of the eyebrows is super symmetrical. After going for many years with Andrea at Sephora Antara, today I met Noemí. Since I sat down, he asked me how I liked my eyebrows and he explained to me what he would do to achieve it. The whole process was done super slowly, making sure that there were no extra hairs. I really left super happy with my service, not only super professional, but VERY nice to be with her. I really appreciate the dedication you put into my eyebrows (because I'm very ticklish) and without a doubt, I return a thousand times with Noemí.
