★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor centro de Bikram que he visitado en el mundo y eso que soy fan de Bikram, el salón Huele espantoso me imagino que nunca han lavado la alfombra , los baños estan EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIOS y todo te quieren cobrar hasta los lockers , cosa q no he visto en otro estudio, en pocas palabras estan muy cochinas y apestosoas las instalaciones, que tristeza que el Bikram de Polanco este en tan baja condición.
 It is the worst Bikram center I have visited in the world and that I am a Bikram fan, the room smells terrible I imagine that they have never washed the carpet, the bathrooms are EXTREMELY DIRTY and everything wants to charge you even the lockers, which is not I have seen in another study, in a few words the facilities are very filthy and stinky, what a sadness that the Polanco Bikram is in such low condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calificando solamente a la instructora, le pondría 6 estrellas a Ines, ella no da una clase de yoga tipo gimnasio como otros alrededor de esta zona, sino ofrece un muy buen ejercicio de mente, cuerpo y alma. Gracias Ines!
Desafortunadamente el lugar deja mucho que desear y gracias a Ines no lo califiqué con 1 estrella, sino 3. Ofrecen clases de bikram en un estudio donde el piso es un tipo de alfombra en lugar de una superficie dura fácil de limpiar. El sudor tuyo y mío se quedará ahí hasta la siguiente clase y más. Todos los participantes sudamos fuera del tapete y mucho, es la idea de bikram. Tal vez sea muy detallista pero sería mucho más higiénico y no olería tan feo si cambiaran el piso.
Rating only the instructor, I would give Ines 6 stars, she does not give a gym type yoga class like others around this area, but offers a very good exercise of mind, body and soul. Thanks Ines!
Unfortunately the place leaves a lot to be desired and thanks to Ines I did not rate it 1 star, but 3. They offer bikram classes in a studio where the floor is a type of carpet instead of an easy to clean hard surface. Your sweat and mine will stay there until the next class and more. All the participants sweat out of the mat and a lot, it is the idea of bikram. Maybe it is very detailed but it would be much more hygienic and it would not smell so ugly if they changed the floor.

Great place to practice Bikram Yoga. Super attentive staff and teachers who know how to conduct the class in a simple and effective way. The place is for all types of practitioners, there are always new practitioners in classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar está cerrado y el teléfono que tienen en la info llamas y dice que no existe. Ninguna info en el exterior! Pobre servicio al cliente... Me mandaron un correo para informes pero tampoco me han contestado...
This place is closed and the phone they have in the info flames and says it does not exist. No info abroad! Poor customer service ... they sent me an email to reports but they have not answered me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service starting from the entrance to the hall, they don’t show or explain anything, occupation in the salon is very poorly ventilated to move around the hall ... during the class teacher just yell at you from the stage ... and they are hard to see master trainer because there is a column in the middle of the hall .... !!! ———————- the temperature is much higher than what it needs to be ... the air is dry ... in this hall -—!!!the bikram yoga is completely other sensations ... salon invocation claustrophobia.. it’s so small ..Im totally do not recommend go to to this studio for know what is “Bikram yoga” ... Becouse ITS NOT A BIKRAM yoga there ...!
