★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We LOVED this mercado, for years we shopped, ate, socialized here. It (was) burned down... new modern style looks out of place. Second floor dinning area makes it impossible for many people to use dat area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A more local Mercado de La Cruz, Tepe is an open market covered by an architecturally stunning roof structure completed two years ago after the original market was destroyed by fire. The market spans out beyond onto multiple streets from the epicenter, and you can find everything - carnicerías, produce, a food court, clothes, artesanal goods, etc.
