El sabor de la carne y el pollo empanizado, ambos caseros, son únicos. Las hamburguesas tienen su sello único por las diferentes combinaciones de ingredientes. En mi última visita mi familia pidió la Pepos (Pollo empanizado, champiñones, tocino y cebolla), la Bennis (carne de res, pollo empanizado, tocino y champiñones) y una de pollo de empanizado sencilla. Las hamburguesas incluyen papás y ensalada coleslaw. El restaurante tiene más de 30 años ininterrumpidos de abrir y la hamburguesa gigante como la cocina es un sello único e icónico de Progreso. Every time I come to the Yucatan I have to try these hamburgers. Without any problem I am willing to drive from Merida. The flavor of the breaded meat and chicken, both homemade, are unique. Burgers have their unique stamp due to the different combinations of ingredients. On my last visit my family ordered the Pepos (breaded chicken, mushrooms, bacon, and onion), the Bennis (beef, breaded chicken, bacon, and mushrooms), and a plain breaded chicken. Burgers include fries and coleslaw salad. The restaurant has been open for more than 30 uninterrupted years and the giant hamburger like the kitchen is a unique and iconic hallmark of Progreso.
