★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por teléfono, sin embargo falta calidad de atención en tienda, no quieren atender, se les delegan tareas y medio las hacen a pesar de que no había muchos clientes. El chico del taller mecánico muy amable y el de caja también. Buenos precios, sí hay pago con tarjeta. Una vez que salen los productos de la tienda o que ya se hizo en pago no hay cambios ni devoluciones solo que este nuevo, sin usar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una bici folding y no la he podido usar porque está defectuosa, no hace los cambios y se sale la cadena. No había podido llevarla a que la repararan. Cuando al fin pude llevarla, prácticamente sin uso, querían cobrar por revisarla y repararla porque ya había pasado más de un mes de la compra. La fama de Benotto como fanricante de bicis es cada vez más lamentable, pero si a eso le sumas ese pésimo servicio pues creo que no me vuelvo a parar por allá.
I bought a folding bike and I haven't been able to use it because it's defective, it doesn't shift and the chain comes off. He hadn't been able to get it repaired. When I was finally able to take it, practically unused, they wanted to charge for checking it and repairing it because more than a month had passed since the purchase. Benotto's fame as a bike fan is increasingly unfortunate, but if you add that lousy service to that, then I don't think I'll stop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien. Hay distintos tipos de bicis y precios. Bicis de montaña, de ruta, de ciudad, para niños, estáticas y diversos accesorios. Si acaso para niño deberían manejar bicis de equilibrio, las que son sin pedales. Lo chafa es que tienen su espacio de estacionamiento para carros y no para bicis, jajaja. Ahí tienen la Destrezza, esta bien chingona esa bici.

If perhaps for children they should handle balance bikes, those that are without pedals. The bad thing is that they have their parking space for cars and not for bikes, hahaha. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nueva administración, al me sentí muy cómodo, muy buena atención por parte de todos los empleados, explican bastante bien, ha mejorado el surtido de refacciones como en bicicleta, el servicio mecánico me me agrado mucho, el chico sabe lo que hace y trabaja muy bien, y bastante eficientes ah la hora de cobrar.
Con ganas de volver a regresar
