Good place to buy accessories for your bike, the service was not so good but if they are quality products at a good price, they do services right there and exchange the parts of their appreciated bikes.

I bought a Zefal pump (Fpmax60) it broke down and now they don't want to validate my guarantee, I am filing my complaint in "profeco". They are abusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, lleve mi bicicleta a servicio y no hay flacibilidad en los horarios para recoger la bici, además de que te cobran el 3% por pagar con cualquier tarjeta. Dejas tu número y no te llaman si hubo un costo adicional. Tratas de pagar con tarjeta y no tienen el servicio porque se los cancelan y tampoco las transferencias y desafortunadamente no dan más opciones.
What a bad service, I took my bicycle to service and there is no flexibility in the hours to pick up the bike, in addition to the fact that they charge you 3% to pay with any card. You leave your number and they don't call you if there was an additional cost. You try to pay with a card and they don't have the service because they cancel it and neither do the transfers and unfortunately they don't give more options.
