★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, no tienen mecánico en horarios de atención, mi bicicleta la segunda vez que la use se le cayó el pedal y cuando fuimos a ver la garantía nos dieron muchas vueltas. Se supone que compras una bicicleta de una "buena" marca para que no te genere problemas o que cuando los tengas te den una solución!!! No para que te genere más problemas y el personal grosero y te da el avión!
Horrible service, they don't have a mechanic during office hours, my bike fell off the pedal the second time I used it and when we went to see the warranty they gave us a lot of laps. You are supposed to buy a bicycle from a "good" brand so that it does not generate problems for you or that when you have them they will give you a solution !!! Not to cause you more problems and rude staff and give you the plane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy buenos productos la atención puede mejorar, la persona que nos atendió fue amable pero no conocía mucho sobre las características de las bicicletas siempre le tenía que ir a preguntar al mecánico y eso le resta puntos al servicio, fuera de eso está genial la tienda
