★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las bicicletas están super padres. Tienen variedad y en los últimos años, Bennotto le ha invertido un poquito más al diseño. El problema no es la marca. Es la tienda.
Fui con mi papá a comprar no una sino dos bicicletas. Que no es un gasto pequeño ( y tampoco el más grande ) pero habían como 5 personas en la tienda y ninguna nos atendió por completo. Si tienes preguntas, los vendedores tienen poco conocimiento técnico.
A menos que te toque el señor mayor que se la sabe de todas todas.
La experiencia de compra fue muy mala. Pareciera como si no hubiera alguien que se supiera el proceso de principio a fin y al final nadie sabe nada.
Malos hasta para cobrar. Nos hicieron la garantía en un solo ticket asi que ahora si uno de los dos tiene un problema, depende de qué el que tiene el documento esté disponible.
Al final salimos contentos con las bicicletas pero descontentos con el personal.
Mal negocio a largo plazo porque así puedo escoger ir con otro proveedor por todos los accesorios y mantenimiento.
Recomiendo la bici. No a la tienda.
The bikes are super cool. They have variety and in recent years Bennotto has invested a little more in design. The problem is not the brand. It's the store.
I went with my dad to buy not one but two bikes. Which is not a small expense (and not the biggest one) but there were like 5 people in the store and none of them fully attended to us. If you have questions, the sellers have little technical knowledge.
Unless you touch the older man who knows it all.
The shopping experience was very bad. It seems as if there is no one who knows the process from beginning to end and in the end nobody knows anything.
Bad even to collect. They made us the guarantee in a single ticket so now if one of the two has a problem, it depends on which one with the document is available.
In the end we were happy with the bikes but unhappy with the staff.
Bad business in the long run because then I can choose to go to another supplier for all accessories and maintenance.
I recommend the bike. Not to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedad de modelos, hay espacio para que puedas probar tu bici. El señor Martin me atendió y fue amable a enseñarme las bicis que me habían interesado. Lo único malo es que no tienen MSI con banamex y american express, y la que atiende en caja no tiene tanto sentido de atención al cliente. Ahí mismo ponen tu nueva bici en forma para que te la puedas llevar pedaleando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una tienda con muchos productos, quizá no tengan todos los que vienen en la página pero vale la pena darse una vuelta si uno no vive lejos. La atención del señor Martín fue muy buena e hizo lo posible porque la bicicleta que compré se ajustara a mi tamaño, tienen muchísimos accesorios y herramienta disponible, los precios son variados y para todos los bolsillos. Le puse 4 estrellas porque en la caja te tratan mal y no tienen meses sin intereses con Banamex o Bancomer que son los bancos más populares. De ahí en fuera todo muy recomendable!
A store with many products, they may not have all that come on the page but it is worth shopping around if you do not live far away. Mr. Martín's attention was very good and he did everything possible because the bicycle I bought was adjusted to my size, they have many accessories and tools available, the prices are varied and for all pockets. I gave it 4 stars because they treat you badly at the bank and they don't have months without interest with Banamex or Bancomer, which are the most popular banks. From then on all highly recommended!
