★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tuve la experiencia de comprar una pintura la cuál lleve el número de la pintura q quería y resultó q no me hicieron el color q estaba como tal en la foto que pedí de su marca Berel y la señora que me atendió muy grosera me gritoniaba y le dije que iría a Profeco y dijo que no le importaba no recomiendo q vayan a ese negocio la verdad fue pésimo servicio eso ocurrió el día jueves 12 de mayo 2022 la señora que me atendió dijo ser la encargada muy mal educada y pésima empleada para estar al frente de ese negocio busquen otras opciones pero ahí no vuelvan a pedir que les igualen colores xq no los hacen no sabe. Igualar disculpas señores consumidores pero eso me pasó
The truth is I had the experience of buying a painting which had the number of the painting that I wanted and it turned out that they did not make me the color that was as such in the photo that I requested of their brand Berel and the lady who attended me was very rude and yelled at me and I told him that I would go to Profeco and he said that he did not care, I do not recommend that they go to that business, the truth was, it was terrible service, that happened on Thursday, May 12, 2022, the lady who attended me said that she was the manager, very rude and terrible employee for to be in charge of that business, look for other options, but don't ask them to match colors because they don't do it, you don't know. Match apologies gentlemen consumers but that happened to me
