★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre unos botes de pintura, según 100% lavable, apenas y les pasó un paño húmedo y toda la pintura se cae, muy corriente y muy cara, prefiero 1000 veces Comex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende los días jueves es muy sarcástica y limitante, van 3 veces que me toca el turno con la señora y no quiere vender los colores que se desea, solo quiere vender los que ella quiere ademas de cambiarnos los precios. Recomiendo Berel que se encuentra más adelante por Tlalpizahuac, a la altura de coppel, oxxo y una gas, ellos siempre son amables sea cual sea la situación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Me dieron dos tonos distintos a pesar de que yo había solicitado el mismo número de color que ellos me habían dado, lo que hizo que mi habitación quedara toda moteada. Cuando regresé simplemente me dijieron que había sido un error y que a todo mundo le pasa. Así que tuve que comprar más pintura, hacer doble gasto y ellos ni un descuento ni una disculpa me dieron pese a que había sido su error. Pésima actitud de servicio. Para la próxima mejor compro en Comex.
I do not recommend it. They gave me two different shades even though I had requested the same color number that they had given me, which made my room all mottled. When I returned they simply told me that it was a mistake and that it happens to everyone. So I had to buy more paint, double-spend, and they didn't give me a discount or an apology even though it was their mistake. Terrible service attitude. For the next best I buy at Comex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención de los empleados en la tienda. Si no sabes alguna cosa te explican. Su surtido de pinturas es bueno y tienen de todo para pintar tu casa. Los litros de pintura son un poco caros pero tienen mucha calidad. Totalmente recomendada la tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente sus vendedores son ignorantes de los productos, y les dices de su error y se aferran querer tener la razón, cuando recién abrieron la tienda te asesoraba dos personas de todo te daban buenas recomendaciones. Creo que volveremos a Comex hasta que no capaciten a sus vendedores.
