Y un punto muy importante es la necesidad a el cliente lo que en la empresa no lleva acabo

Si llega a haber un problema, (no terminan trabajos) es lamentable la forma en que los tratan de resolver...
Ah no respetan promociones , no tienen suficiente personal , te quedan mal con lo que ofertan . Tienes que hablar con la dueña para que te ofrezca una "solución" y deja mucho que desear su trato con el cliente.
Si quieren perder su tiempo y dinero es excelente ?
Poor service in general, unfortunate how you treat your employees.
If there is a problem, (they don't finish jobs) it is unfortunate the way they try to solve them ...
Ah they do not respect promotions, they do not have enough staff, they look bad on what they offer. You have to talk to the owner to offer you a "solution" and her dealings with the client leave a lot to be desired.
If you want to waste your time and money it is excellent ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, mala atención, no cuentan con personal y además de que me “cobran de más” en unas uñas que según estaban en promoción, no te realizan el servicio completo , como paso con mi hermana que pago un tratamiento y corte. La dueña te dice que puedes ir por tu dinero pero resulta que el día de hoy que mi hermana fue “NO CONTABAN CON EFECTIVO para realizar el reembolso.
Y sin dejar a un lado que le mandaron un mensaje a mi hermano en donde su actitud es de lo más bajo.
Terrible place, bad attention, they do not have staff and in addition to being "overcharged" on nails that they were promoting, they do not perform the full service, as happened with my sister who paid a treatment and cut. The owner tells you that you can go for your money but it turns out that today my sister was “THEY DID NOT HAVE CASH to make the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen maquillaje y peinado, pero poco profesionales. Llegaron 1 hora tarde y con mala actitud. Llevaron sólo 1 persona para peinar a 9 damas y no me pusieron los parches de colageno que incluía el paquete que contrate.
Good makeup and hairstyle, but unprofessional. They arrived 1 hour late and with a bad attitude. They only took 1 person to comb 9 ladies and they didn't put on the collagen patches that included the package that I hired.
