Lo malo es la Pésima administración por parte de la directora Sra Karen Herrera, deberían de cambiar de directora. B	Benau Comercial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les sugiero trabajar muchísimo en el aspecto de Servicio a Cliente, en lo que respecta a atender las solicitudes que reciben a través de página (Contacto), así como en atención telefónica. Escribí en dos oportunidades a su apartado de Contacto y jamás obtuve respuesta. Acabo de llamar por teléfono y la chica que me atendió, muy amable por cierto, me puso a esperar no menos de 15 minutos en el teléfono. Cualquier otra persona interesada, simplemente busca a algún otro proveedor de enseñanza de idiomas. No dañen la calidad de su sistema/empresa, por un pésimo servicio al cliente. I suggest you work hard in the Customer Service aspect, in regards to attending the requests you receive through the page (Contact), as well as in telephone service. I wrote twice to his Contact section and never got an answer. I just called on the phone and the girl who attended me, very kind indeed, put me to wait no less than 15 minutes on the phone. Any other interested person simply looks for some other language teaching provider. Do not damage the quality of your system / company, for a lousy customer service.

Cobran muy caro, no tienen libro y el maestro debe poner el material de enseñanza, pues no hay computadoras y el maestro paga las copias que necesite para impartir la clase. Lástima por el renombre internacional. #nevergotoberlitz It's a bad school. They charge very expensive, they don't have a book and the teacher must provide the teaching material, since there are no computers and the teacher pays for the copies needed to teach the class.
