J	Juan Jose Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BERLITZ, DISCRIMINÓ A MI HIJO Pensé por un momento en una institución reconocida y funcional para meter a mi hijo a clases de Inglés, que su gusto por la música pop, las frases de las películas que repite lo motivarán a reforzar el idioma y aprender más. Sobre todo a hacer más sociable ya que el Asperger no siempre lo permite o a veces el compañero TDAH. Llamé por una promoción que Berlitz tenía, era 30 de Dic, les comenté lo que buscaba metiendo a mi hijo a clases de Inglés en su institución y obvio lo que pasaba con él y la bendita adolescencia a los 16 años, tomaron nota y les dije que todo estaba en orden con él, en cuanto a terapias, medicamento, escuela regular, que lo único que les pedía era su tolerancia y comprensión a su situación, en caso de frustración o no entender algo...todo parecía en orden. Pagué el 31 y solo era esperar que entraran a clases pues van con calendario SEP. Nos preparamos para la clase muestra el 11 de Enero, pero mi hijo se enfermó y no pudo asistir; nuevamente nos preparamos para comenzar el 18, pero recayó en gripa y no asistió. Finalmente estábamos listos para que comenzara sus clases el 25 de Enero, pero oh sorpresa, el miércoles 22 me avisan que el corporativo tenía un inconveniente con la situación de mi hijo, que lamentablemente no tenían las instalaciones adecuadas para él y tampoco el personal capacitado, a lo que dije, no entiendo! Que está pensando Berlitz? “Instalaciones adecuadas?” Le dije mi hijo no se azota en paredes o en el piso ante alguna situación, yo creo que no han entiendo bien la situación y en cuanto a los profesores, les ofrecí que su terapeuta les diera una charla sobre Autismo/TDAH y cómo manejarlo. Según lo revisaron y dijeron que no! Les dije que era un caso total de desconocimiento, prejuicio e ignorancia, que les ofrecía mi apoyo para que pudieran apoyar a mi hijo y dijeron que los directivos dijeron que no. Les dije que les faltaba ser una sintitisfion inclusiva en estos tiempos. Me dijeron que iban a trabajar en ello para ofrecerme el servicio más adelante y les dije que jamás volvería con ellos. Le expliqué a mi hijo que se cancelaba todo y me preguntó, porque no me quisieron mamá? Le dije, solo no comprenden muchas cosas y es mejor así. Me frustró y me dolió mucho por él, y pensé... será la primera de muchas pero hoy yo alzo la voz por mi hijo. Fue un poco largo pero aprecio a quien me haya leído hasta este punto. ?
