★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. El costo de los programas es muy elevado y no corresponde a la calidad de las clases e instructores. Las personas que integran el grupo no cuentan con el mismo nivel, al plantear mis inquietudes en servicio a cliente, nada cambió.
Primera y última vez que acudo a Berlitz para aprender otro idioma. Como tip pidan una clase nuestra antes de comprometerse con sumas de dinero tan elevadas.
Una pena Berlitz...
APPALLING. The cost of the programs is very high and does not correspond to the quality of the classes and instructors. The people who make up the group do not have the same level, when raising my concerns in customer service, nothing changed.
First and last time I go to Berlitz to learn another language. As tip ask for a class of ours before committing to such large sums of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo es elevado y no corresponde tanto con la calidad del servicio como de la enseñanza. Mis hijas SÓLO UN DÍA llegaron contentas porque aprendieron a decir "Buenos días" en distintos idiomas. Considero que si se paga por un taller o curso de verano, deben enseñar aspectos más elaborados, no unas simples hojas de papel pegadas a una botella de plástico. Por otro lado, parece que el personal no está habilitado para tratar con niños, porque les hablan golpeado sobre todo en eventos externos.
The cost is high and does not correspond as much with the quality of the service as with the teaching. My daughters ONLY ONE DAY arrived happy because they learned to say "Good morning" in different languages. I think that if you pay for a workshop or summer course, you should teach more elaborate aspects, not just sheets of paper stuck to a plastic bottle. On the other hand, it seems that the staff is not able to deal with children, because they have been hit especially in external events.
