★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De entrada mal, por que llame por teléfono para pedir informes y nunca te contestan y si insistes te contestan y cuelgan al instante. Si así son para dar informes ya me imagino como estarán las clases. Leí muchos comentarios que la atención es pésima y tenían razón.

Su sistema más que enseñar a hablar se basa en ver en clase el manual que te venden carisimo. En mi opinión, no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal servicio, pedí informes por el chat de su página, me dieron detalles, incluso costos que me parecieron razonables y me agendaron la cita para el mismo día ??, hasta ahí todo bien.
Al llegar a sucursal pedí info para mi hija que está a semanas de cumplir 18 y aún así me hicieron llenar formato de niños (yo le pedía de adultos a la recepcionista, pero dijo que el asesor me diría si el de adultos era la mejor opción).
El tipo que nos estaba “atendiendo” contestó una llamada y contestó todas las preguntas que la otra persona le hacía por teléfono, (haciéndonos esperar y anotando los datos de la persona en el formato de mi hija), imagino que pensó que esa persona era más importante que nosotros aunque estábamos ahí y era nuestro turno.
Solo hizo algunas preguntas (con poco interés), preguntó horarios y NO dio opciones para clases por la tarde, nos dijo que lo sentía pero que solo había horario o a partir de las 7 de la noche o en la mañana (cuando mi hija está en la escuela).
Sentí una mala atención, pero sobre todo, cierto grado de discriminación, como si por mi forma vestir o porque no iba maquillada o no sé, no quisiera tomarse el tiempo de platicarnos los programas que tienen. Imagino que pensó que no los podría pagar (fue muy desagradable y nunca me habían hecho sentir tan molesta).
Que lástima, he trabajado con Berlitz porque en mi trabajo los contratamos, pero lo que hoy me pasó, hará que piense dos veces antes de elegir esta escuela.
Super bad service, I asked for reports on the chat on their page, they gave me details, even costs that seemed reasonable to me and they scheduled me for the same day hasta, so far so good.
Upon arriving at the branch I asked for info for my daughter who is weeks of turning 18 and still they made me fill out the children's format (I asked the receptionist for adults, but she said that the advisor would tell me if the adult was the best option ).
The guy who was "attending" answered a call and answered all the questions that the other person asked him on the phone, (making us wait and writing down the data of the person in my daughter's format), I imagine he thought that person was More important than us although we were there and it was our turn.
He only asked a few questions (with little interest), asked for schedules and did NOT give options for classes in the afternoon, told us that he was sorry but that there was only schedule or from 7 at night or in the morning (when my daughter is in the school).
I felt a bad attention, but above all, a certain degree of discrimination, as if by my way of dressing or because I wasn't wearing makeup or I don't know, I didn't want to take the time to talk about the programs they have. I imagine he thought I couldn't pay them (it was very unpleasant and they had never made me feel so upset).
Too bad, I worked with Berlitz because in my work we hired them, but what happened to me today, will make me think twice before choosing this school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las clases son deficientes, las clases deberían de ser diario, así no se aprende bien, el precio es excesivo para las pocas clases que te dan por semana, busquen alguna otra opción como Interlingua o el Anglo
