Escuela recomendada ampliamente para niños. Mi hija estuvo ahí en el pasado curso de verano y le encantó!! Además de inglés, tuvieron francés, alemán, portugués y japonés. Los niños aprenden otro idioma además de divertirse!!

Yo tome un curso de ingles y super recomendado. Excelente curso y la atención al cliente super buena. Aprendí rapidísimo y todo muy profesional, espero regresar para tomar un curso de francés.

Me encantan las clases de inglés y francés para Teens!! Actualmente tomo clases de forma virtual y el año pasado estuve de forma presencial en el Summer Course. Saludos a todo el equipo de Berlitz, de parte de Mia Lizette.

Hola! Desde pequeña padezco dislexia y requiero cierto nivel de concentracion para expresarme verbalmente en español, por eso un segundo idioma ya era impensable. Llevo tres meses con clases en Berlitz Cuernavaca y wow!!! Puedo hablar fluido porque de tanto pasar por mil metodos tengo cierto vocabulario y con los maestros y las clases diarias, he logrado romper paradigmas y empezar hablar con expresiones coherentes y estructuradas, ganando confianza y por ende, poder comunicarme... También, logro ayudarme a desbloquear un reto profesional al sumar para poder ascender... 100% recomendado. No solo es el metodo, son los maestros y el interes a tu necesidad.

Desde que llegué a pedir informes todos fueron muy amables y me explicaron todo muy claro y de forma paciente . Ese mismo día hice mí inscripción y fue todo muy rápido y sin ningún problema , ampliamente recomendado este centro de idiomas para cualquier idioma . Ha sido el que más me ha gustado de Cuernavaca sin ninguna duda.

Unfortunately, I feel it is important for our local community and the larger Mexico/Berlitz community to be aware of how disappointing my experience was with the services provided by Berlitz Cuernavaca. In mid November, soon after moving to Cuernavaca and my new home, I was approached by one of my friends/neighbors about Berlitz classes. She identified herself as a co-owner in the business and would be able to offer me a 50% discount. Unable to speak Spanish since I only studied French in the States, and with her encouragement, and knowing the strong international reputation of Berlitz, I enthusiastically took her up on her offer and went with her the following week to sign up for Spanish emersion as she advised. Immediately there was a problem as the Director of the program (in my presence) scolded my friend for offering the 50% discount along with a few other incentives that she offered me earlier. However, still needing the classes and knowing the historically strong international reputation of the Berlitz program, I elected to move forward and signed up with this program, PAYING IN FULL for the total emersion course. Along with the course, I PURCHASED the study guide/course materials application that I was told would be compatible with my Apple laptop.Unfortunately, on the first day of my classes, we discovered that the app was in fact incompatible with my Mac - so I had no reference materials or homework to review after 9 hours of daily emersion classes. This created an impossible learning scenario to absorb all the materials covered daily - 1/2 way thru the course I finally grew too frustrated and quit. Two of my main instructors also found this app issue unacceptable, but did their best to work around it, offering their own colateral materials (some from other language programs also offered in the area) to assist me. This was around Christmas. Then about a week before Christmas the Owner of Berlitz Cuernavaca stopped by with a holiday gift and the actual hard copy materials to replace the incompatible App. I had not requested these, and at this point was considering a different local language program that I had heard about. After the holiday, I let my friend know that I did not wish to continue with their program, having just completed less than 1/2 of the course I had paid for. Several months later I began requesting a partial refund having paid around $76,000 pesos (+ or -) in full - including my returning the unopened, unused materials. But did not strongly pursue until I realized I needed to. About a month ago, I began once again requesting a partial refund, going into detail about my unfortunate experience with their program. I referenced the failed app issue, the lack of professionalism with the Principals in the company discussing inappropriate and very personal personnel matters with me - a client, several meetings with the Owner regarding my discomfort with these inappropriate discussions, environmental health issues within the building that prevented me from taking classes there, and other issues - most especially that I failed to learn Spanish. When they presented me with their refund offer it was rejected by me immediately as far below what I considered appropriate. Additionally in one of my emailed responses regarding the refund, I accidentally attached my email to a personal and private email chain. Immediately after pressing send, I realized my mistake and called to request they delete the unopened email (which they confirmed as unopened) and allow me to resend. Instead, they read thru these private emails attached and then threatened to posts my personal and very private emails on social media if I would not agree to their offer and terms! Outrageous and completely inappropriate and unprofessional - admittedly due to my mistake. And now, after refusing to accept their very low refund offer, they have ignored any further communication! This is a detailed review, edited down due to content limits. Still hoping to learn Spanish!! I was hesitant to post, but felt it is important to make others aware.

My mom has spent the past number of months battling two things Berlitz Cuernavaca and Cancer. My mom signed up for Berlitz Cuernavaca's their total immersion course even expressing her concerns about being 62 years old, never studying Spanish, and still running her company while taking the course. She was reassured that the course was the right fit for her and she was guaranteed to speak Spanish when she completed the course. There was a problem early on when the lesson plans and study materials were incompatible with her Apple computer. What type of computer did she have was one of the first things they discussed when she signed the Berlitz contract, because they needed to order her materials before she started the course. The first day of classes they found out app was incompatible and did nothing about ordering her another app or providing alternative materials until after she decided to quit the program. She was miraculously presented with the hard copy written materials after she advised them in writing she had decided not to continue the course. That was all in late December of 2019 and it took until late September/October for them the take her reimbursement seriously. However It seems that as the company became aware of my mother’s terminal health condition they decided to jerk around with my mother’s refund which she was totally entitled to based on the Berlitz own agreements which my mother signed and within their 90 notification policy which she also followed thru on giving them email notification in under two months and received acknowledgment they had received her email. They also specified in their contract that she would receive a full refund on her unused classes within 15 days - not the three installments over 3 months that they offered her for less than the amount she is entitled too. What I find most outrageous and unethical is that once they found out how sick my mom is, they started giving her all kinds of ridiculous excuses for not delivering on their negotiations. Delaying first because the owner had a heart attack - my Mom has terminal cancer, the new Director would be starting in a few months so she would have to wait, and then rotating between their legal representatives and the new director - all frustrating delay tactics when my mom did nothing but trust the wrong company - Berlitz Cuernavaca with her hard earned money for a course that was a complete disappoint and those in charge not caring about doing the right thing.
