★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oficina está cerrada desde el inicio de la pandemia y los cajeros, pasan días sin efectivo o apagados, aparte el cajero donde se supone puedes efectuar pagos, casi nunca esta disponible.
The office has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic and the ATMs, they go days without cash or turned off, apart from the ATM where you are supposed to make payments, it is almost never available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es algo lento, como en todos los bancos pero la atención me pareció buena la recepciónista me ayudo desde que llegué y al pasar a escritorio me aclararon todas las dudas respecto a mi trámite. Las cajas estaban funcionando todas al igual que los 3 escritorios, los cajeros son 4 y también todos en servicio, por estas razones digo que es bueno el servicio.
The service is somewhat slow, as in all banks but the attention seemed good to me, the receptionist helped me since I arrived and when I went to the desk they cleared up all the doubts regarding my procedure. The boxes were all working as well as the 3 desks, the cashiers are 4 and also all in service, for these reasons I say that the service is good.
