★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fuimos ya era algo tarde compre una blusa en el cambio me dieron un billete falso, cuando me percaté fui a reclamar y un chavo del personal cuando se lo hice saber se portó muy grosero le mostré el ticket y el cambio que me dieron lo guarde sin revisar pero lo tenía envuelto en el ticket y se lo mostré, muy grosero me dijo que guardara el ticket que ya no me iban atender en caja, mi esposo molesto pidió que se le atendiera ya que es problema de su personal que no los capaciten para que revisen los billetes, claramente también fue mi error no revisar el billete ya que yo confiada lo guarde, chequen muy bien los billetes cuando se los entreguen no se confíen!!!

Pésima actitud para contestarte...ayer tuve esa experiencia y desgraciadamente por empleados sin experiencia hacía como atender un cliente ya no vuelves... Deberías de estar observando el comportamiento y la atención de los chicos y si no dan el ancho pues a contratar otro tipo de gente...
