★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los que acomodan la ropa atienden muy mal parece que te hacen un favor con mala actitud, no saben cobrar con terminal bancaria y te tardan en cobrar normalmente compro en esa tienda de reforma 222 y ahora andan de malas todoooos y es raro que ahora que deben cuidar la atención de los pocos clientes que hay no aprovechan y la riegan con esas actitudes ojo sean inteligentes

Al momento de pagar me dijeron que era necesario descargar una app para el ticket, ya que tenían que enviarlo por ahí, le comente que no tenía interés por el ticket a lo que me contestó que no podía venderme los productos por esa razón.....
No debería ser obligatorio descargar una app para comprar, y si es así, creo que deberían tener el detalle de avisar en la entrada, para no perder el tiempo nosotros como compradores y ustedes al generar filas. Pero bueno, en lo personal no volvería a comprar con ustedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A las personas que lean este mensaje les digo que por ningún motivo acudan a esta sucursal, ya que DISCRIMINAN a los clientes por su apariencia, justo el día de ayer entré a comprar una prenda y estaba en el área de caballeros visualizando la ropa cuando se acercó a mí uno de los empleados que atiende la caja y de manera irrespetuosa me dijo que me veía muy sospechoso, incluso me hizo a que me levantara la playera. Yo me sentí demasiado incómodo porque eso es un prejuicio y me estaba discriminando, se supone que para eso hay cámaras y personal de seguridad. Sin embargo, el hecho de haberme forzado a levantarme la camisa es ilegal, después que vio que no era un ratero se dirigió a su área como si nada hubiera pasado y yo todavía me quedé más tiempo a elegir la prenda que COMPRÉ ese era mi propósito, pero nunca más vuelvo a venir , en reiteradas ocasiones he entrado y nunca me habían tratado de esa forma. Espero que los encargados tomen cartas en el asunto. No está nada bien lo que hizo este tipo es completamente ilegal, deberían de tener la certeza y revisar las cámaras antes de hacer prejuicios.
Probablemente ni siquiera los encargados me contestarán esto pero por personas como la ya mencionada pierden clientes.
