Falta de respeto total. Bershka plaza Universidad. Me llegó correo de que podía pasar a recoger mi pedido en sucursal. Hablo para confirmar horario. Me dicen que de 10 a 5pm.llego 4:10pm llamo y nadie contesta. Me dice el de seguridad de plaza que ya se fueron!!! En época de pandemia lo que menos hago es salir, a menos que sea necesario..Ya di mi vuelta en balde, . No jueguen de esa manera. Necesitan vender?? Vendan!!!

La ropa es bonita y hay ofertas. Lo malo fue el personal de esa sucursal. Eran un chico y una muchacha, No había casi nadie en la tienda y ni así te prestan atención o ayuda vaya ni gracias por la compra dan. Parece q no les gustara trabajar ahí.

El muchacho que estaba en los probadores es muy grosero y no se le ve mucho interés en trabajar. Espera a que le pidan las cosas, le falta un poco de disponibilidad, iniciativa y amabilidad con los clientes. Por cierto, es el de la foto. Mal el servicio, de verdad.

Pésimo personal y pésima experiencia me hicieron pasar con comentarios clasistas y racistas de parte de los vigilantes y vendedores. Me revisaron mi mochila la cual estaba completamente vacía y no había más de de 5 personas en la tienda como para no poder estar atentos.

Pésimo trato a sus clientes, todos los empleados te tratan super mal, el sistema para pago con tarjeta deja mucho que desear, se me hizo el cobro de la prenda y no me la quisieron dar que porque a ellos "no les aparecía en su sistema", me trataron super mal y no me resolvieron nada, tuve que ir al banco para resolver y los de la tienda después de mucho tiempo me cancelaron la transacción porque si les había llegado a ellos el pago y el banco tuvo que intervenir, definitivamente deberían revisar a que gente contratan y que estén más capacitados para resolver lo que se pueda presentar y sean más amables.
