★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeto total. Bershka plaza Universidad. Me llegó correo de que podía pasar a recoger mi pedido en sucursal. Hablo para confirmar horario. Me dicen que de 10 a 5pm.llego 4:10pm llamo y nadie contesta. Me dice el de seguridad de plaza que ya se fueron!!!
En época de pandemia lo que menos hago es salir, a menos que sea necesario..Ya di mi vuelta en balde, . No jueguen de esa manera.
Necesitan vender?? Vendan!!!
 Total lack of respect. Bershka plaza University. I received mail that I could pick up my order at the branch. I speak to confirm schedule. They tell me that from 10 to 5 p.m. I arrive at 4:10 p.m. I call and nobody answers. The security of the plaza tells me that they have already left !!!
In times of a pandemic, the least I do is go out, unless it is necessary. I have already made my return in vain. Don't play that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ropa es bonita y hay ofertas. Lo malo fue el personal de esa sucursal. Eran un chico y una muchacha, No había casi nadie en la tienda y ni así te prestan atención o ayuda vaya ni gracias por la compra dan. Parece q no les gustara trabajar ahí.
The clothes are nice and there are offers. The bad thing was the staff at that branch. They were a boy and a girl. There was hardly anyone in the store and neither did they pay attention or help, nor did they give thanks for the purchase. They don't seem to like working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El muchacho que estaba en los probadores es muy grosero y no se le ve mucho interés en trabajar. Espera a que le pidan las cosas, le falta un poco de disponibilidad, iniciativa y amabilidad con los clientes. Por cierto, es el de la foto. Mal el servicio, de verdad.
The guy who was in the changing rooms is very rude and you don't see much interest in working. You wait to be asked for things, you lack a bit of availability, initiative and kindness to customers. By the way, it is the one in the photo. Bad service, really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo personal y pésima experiencia me hicieron pasar con comentarios clasistas y racistas de parte de los vigilantes y vendedores. Me revisaron mi mochila la cual estaba completamente vacía y no había más de de 5 personas en la tienda como para no poder estar atentos.
Terrible staff and terrible experience made me go through with classist and racist comments from the security guards and vendors. They checked my backpack which was completely empty and there were no more than 5 people in the store so that they could not be attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato a sus clientes, todos los empleados te tratan super mal, el sistema para pago con tarjeta deja mucho que desear, se me hizo el cobro de la prenda y no me la quisieron dar que porque a ellos "no les aparecía en su sistema", me trataron super mal y no me resolvieron nada, tuve que ir al banco para resolver y los de la tienda después de mucho tiempo me cancelaron la transacción porque si les había llegado a ellos el pago y el banco tuvo que intervenir, definitivamente deberían revisar a que gente contratan y que estén más capacitados para resolver lo que se pueda presentar y sean más amables.
Terrible treatment of their clients, all the employees treat you very badly, the card payment system leaves much to be desired, they charged me for the garment and they did not want to give it to me because "it did not appear in their system ", they treated me very badly and they did not solve anything for me, I had to go to the bank to solve it and after a long time the store canceled the transaction because if the payment had reached them and the bank had to intervene, they should definitely review which people they hire and that they are more qualified to resolve what may arise and are more friendly.
