★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love berska ! but i HATE this location, i hate going in there. even just to return something I bought online. I spend a lot of money at bershka online and I just hate this store. The customer service is terrible. the workers act like they hate their jobs, they hate the customers, they hate their lives. its like.. if you dont like your job.. just go find another one! dont take your bad mood out on your customers. time after time, year after year its always the same with this location in puerto cancun. so now i just buy exclusively online to avoid going here. which is sad.
