The owner who is supposed to be the best stylist in the place, is very rude, despotic, arrogant, racist, misogynist and cowardly (he puts you for you with a woman). Horrible experience despite charging $7,000 for cut and tint they treat you the worst. Of course he wasn't going to pay that amount with that abuse, and I didn't understand his explanation at all, because he literally said "I can't handle you anymore" and in the first valuation appointment they said "of course, schedule your appointment" and When I arrived at my appointment, very contemptuously, Mr. Carlos indicated "I no longer have time to do anything, one of the employees will do it for you" So don't lie!! Their way of saying things is terrible, they DON'T do us any favors. My problem is not that they couldn't do what I asked, my problem was their bad and rude attitude. They do not know how to treat a client with dignity or respect.

Silvia is a great stylist, she always listens to you and recommends what suits you best. Today she cut 30cm of my hair to donate two braids to girls and women who have lost it to cancer and she gave me a makeover that I loved!

Is my color left the same day?… No, but an advance was made ? they scheduled an appointment for me waiting for the necessary time and I came back to finish the process and get the exact color I wanted ?? the divine cut and my hair without damage. In addition, the place is divine and good things always have a price, but quality work comes from people with experience and quality products.
