★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay personas en la CDMX dentro de Besco que no tienen la menor idea de lo que es el recurso humano y lo que se debe de cuidar. Son incapaces de aceptar sus malas decisiones y las consecuencias de las mismas, no dan las herramientas para que el trabajo se desarrolle adecuadamente, sin embargo exigen los resultados como si se hubieran entregado estas herramientas... En fin, en Guadalajara hay un buen ambiente pero desafortunadamente las decisiones de Besco México les complican la labor.
There are people in CDMX within Besco who do not have the slightest idea of what human resources are and what should be taken care of. They are unable to accept their bad decisions and the consequences of them, they do not give the tools for the work to be carried out properly, however they demand the results as if these tools had been delivered ... Anyway, in Guadalajara there is a good atmosphere but unfortunately the decisions of Besco México complicate their work.
