1. Nunca atiendes tus necesidades
2. Te hacen cancelar vuelos y hotel para quedarse con tu dinero.
3. Su plataforma no les permite brindar mejor servicio.
4. Luego que te hacen cancelar tus itinerario te dicen que esperaran un cupón el cual nunca llega a tu correo y por ende te toca volver a comprar los paquetes.
6. En resumidas cuentas te haces gastar 2 veces.
El servicio es pésimo ?
The worst travel advisory service. I do not recommend it.
1. You never tend to your needs
2. They make you cancel flights and hotel to keep your money.
3. Their platform does not allow them to provide better service.
4. After they make you cancel your itinerary they tell you that they will wait for a coupon which never arrives in your mail and therefore you have to buy the packages again.
6. In short, you make yourself spend 2 times.
