Me presenté el día de ayer para cotizar un paquete, sin embargo la encargada de mostrador tenía una pésima actitud de servicio, pues desde que nos recibió puso una cara peor que la que ponen las cajeras de Oxxo cuando pagas con un billete de $1000. En el mismo sentido, le dió pereza mostrarnos todas las opciones que se encontraban disponibles y sus respuestas fueron agresivas cuando expresamos algunas dudas. Simplemente así no dan ganas de comprar paquetes por este medio.
AWFUL SERVICE ATTITUDE
I showed up yesterday to quote a package, however the counter manager had a lousy service attitude, because since she received us she put on a worse face than the one Oxxo cashiers put on when you pay with a $1000 bill. In the same sense, he was too lazy to show us all the options that were available and his answers were aggressive when we expressed some doubts. It just doesn't make you want to buy packages by this means.
