Me dieron un documento con la confirmación de la reservación, y el día de llegar al hotel no existía dicha reservación, marque a BEST DAY y lo único que me ofrecen es el reembolso... a lo que han pasado 4 semanas y aún no se ha reflejado dicho reembolso.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA CON BEST DAY ya que tuve que buscar un hotel el cual por la temporada estában llenísimos y solo encontré alojamiento en uno de pésima calidad.
Terrible Service .... I made a hotel reservation, I paid it. They gave me a document with the confirmation of the reservation, and on the day of arriving at the hotel there was no such reservation, dial BEST DAY and the only thing they offer me is the refund ... to which 4 weeks have passed and I still don't know This refund has been reflected .... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BEST DAY since I had to look for a hotel which for the season was very full and I only found accommodation in one of poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda bien. Pero hay que poner atención en el estacionamiento pegado a chedraui porque me robaron los tapones de las llantas de mi camioneta. No habia vigilantes solo lavadores. Falta control.
