★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio me pareció bien, contraté con ellos mi paquete de viaje y de ida todo bien, el problema estuvo, cuando la aerolínea cambio la hora del vuelo, y BEST day eran los encargados de avisarme de ese cambio, y NO LO HICIERON,por lo tanto perdí el vuelo
 At first it seemed good to me, I hired my travel package with them and everything was fine for the outward journey, the problem was, when the airline changed the flight time, and BEST day were in charge of notifying me of that change, and they DIDN'T DO IT, for so i missed the flight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia quise cancelar un viaje que había hecho un día antes y no hay opción ningún,son unos pasados de listos te retienen tu dinero y dicen que si quieres tienes que esperar 45 días bastante desagradable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra experiencia fue MALÍSIMA, reservamos todo en la glorieta de plaza Satelite con la confianza de que si teníamos algún problema podíamos comunicarnos con ellos lo cual no sirvió de nada (los precios son un poco mas altos que en internet), el transporte a nuestro hotel tardó mas de una hora, y el de regreso no querían hacérmelo válido ya que está enlazado con el vuelo y la aerolínea me canceló el vuelo. (Teniendo que cambiarlo yo directamente con la aerolínea porque los de BestDay me querían cobrar por el cambio)
Our experience was VERY BAD, we booked everything at the Plaza Satelite roundabout with the confidence that if we had any problems we could communicate with them, which did not help at all (the prices are a little higher than on the internet), transportation to our hotel It took more than an hour, and the return ticket they did not want to make it valid for me since it is linked to the flight and the airline canceled my flight. (Having to change it directly with the airline because BestDay wanted to charge me for the change)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizar mi reserva pensando que me saldría más económico que en la página ya que en anteriores ocasiones así me ha pasado pero en esta ocasión fue lo contrario me salió más caro que en la app y pues ya que hacía ya estaba ahí y por apoyar a Jonathan que siempre atiende con un excelente servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, se compraron paquetes para 5 personas, pero al ver el hotel mas detalladamente no nos gustó, ese mismo dia a las tres horas de haber hecho las reservaciones (que serian para su uso hasta dentro de un mes) osea casi inmediatamente, no nos quisieron hacer el cambio que porque politicas de la empresa que su c#!~&@£@ madre y al final no aceptaron hacernos el cambio, muy mala experiencia, no los recomiendo, si tienen la oportinidad vayan a otro sitio.
Very bad experience, packages for 5 people were bought, but when we saw the hotel in more detail we did not like it, that same day three hours after making the reservations (which would be for use within a month) I mean almost immediately, They did not want to make the change to us because of company policies that their c#!~&@£@ mother and in the end they did not accept to make the change to us, very bad experience, I do not recommend them, if you have the opportunity go to another site.
