We experienced great customer service from BD Travel in Cancun. We booked a private car from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were courteous and professional. On the return to the airport, our driver was Edgar Suarez who was so friendly, spoke wonderful English and very informative about the area...We will use BD Travel again and will request Edgar to be our driver!

More like "The worst day". Where do I begin? Wish I could give them 0 stars. Save your money and go with a good company that doesn't misrepresent their excursions and will actually make things right if something goes wrong. This company is terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone. We went to the best day's desk in Cancun and asked for a "family friendly and relaxing" day trip that included snorkeling because I had never done it before and wanted to try it. We went with another couple and we had 4 kids with us total, 2 of whom are under 1. We were convinced to buy a "relaxing" excursion on a boat to Isla Mujeres. The man made it sound amazing so we were excited. We were also told we would get to use the spinneker which really sold it for us! According to the representative, we'd be served lunch and everything taken care of. We booked the 12pm tour to maneuver around our children's naps. We got to the boat launching place called Albatros waited excitedly for our boat. As we we're boarding we realized there were over 50 people that needed to cram onto the small boat. We felt a little concerned but decided to stay positive. That's when the captain turned on the music. It was so loud and it became clear that we were on a party boat. We couldn't even scream to each other and our poor kids were so upset and overwhelmed. My son walked around with his head down and hands over his ears. We decided to go inside the boat to get away from the screaming Spanish music and out of the scorching sun just to find that it was also blaring inside. All 4 of us sat inside, unable to talk, trying to console our 4 babies. I asked the captain multiple times to turn down the music inside for us and he kept shrugging me off as he screamed into the microphone. Everyone was just getting plastered. Now for the snorkeling. I was so excited to try this out but I was given no direction once so ever. They didn't even show me how to adjust the snorkel properly around my head. Just threw me one and got me to jump in the water. I ended up having a panic attack because of the waves and being unable to work the snorkel. I didn't see anything and had to hold on to a rescue ring for the whole 20 mins we were out there. I just needed to know how to do it. The spinneker was never even offered even though conditions were perfect. How did they expect to do it with such a massively over loaded boat anyway? False advertising. To top it off, no one told us that lunch wasn't until 3pm! If we had known this we would have fed our ravenous kids beforehand, or brought snacks! I don't know about you but lunch to me, isn't at 3pm and you cannot reason with starving toddlers. The buffet at Isla mujeres was really gross but we all ate because we were starving. The entire time we were at the island we were dreading getting back on the boat. Even my son asked if we could just get a quiet boat. Sure enough, the boat arrived to pick us up with the insane amount of noise already blaring. We all hid inside again (which was so hot but at least it was a few decibels quieter in there) but inside absolutely wreaked of pee from all the drunk people using the bathroom and our babies were sweating profusely. I went up and begged the captain again to turn it down. He did a little but wasn't enough at all. He made me feel like an inconvenience. We went back to the person who sold us the trip the next day but they would not do anything. Kept shoving us off saying that they needed more time to make it right. The original guy that sold us the horrible excursion even said he has taken his kids before and had a blast. He's full of it. We did not get this resolved before we had to go home so we did not get to go on any enjoyable excursions on our entire trip. We are home now and have not been contacted by them. Save your money and eardrums and avoid this fraudulent company. We asked for a family friendly trip and was sold a party boat disaster. If we are contacted and something is done to make this right I will update this review.

Do not use this service. For one they over charged you like crazy. My friends and I visited Cancun and where looking to do several tours. They people there tried to charge us almost double what it cost to book it online on your own. Second they come please embarrassed myself and my friends. They book a tour for us that had activities that required weight limits this wasn’t explained to us and my friends and I paid to basically sit out for half the events. When I explain this to the bestday staff they became rude and started speaking in Spanish so I would t understand (luckily one of my friends did) when I ask what they could do. They said we can give you a discount on another tour. Why would I get another tour from them after that experience? When I said no they asked me what they should do. I said a partial refund would make the most sense and was told no since they gave us a “free upgrade” and the events we couldn’t do are only covered in the upgrade. Not only was that a lie it was rude and disrespectful. I was given an “incident report” to fill out that looked like a third grader designed and was told I’d be contact via email within two days. Never was I contacted. Upon leaving the hotel they workers there tried to give me some shirts I guess as a sign of courtesy which I didn’t care For but to add insult to injury the shirt was a child size shirt. What was I going to do with that. Do Not Use These People if you stay at Panama Jacks Cancun

Very expensive and not worth it do your research before booking. We could have missed our flight.

My wife and I did a day trip to Cozumel mexico with best day tours. It was a full day excursion that involved snorkeling, jeep drive and finished off tequila tasting and a short visit to a light house. It was a fun day and great experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and outgoing.
