★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El asesor muy amable, se aseguró de explicarnos cada una de las situaciones de la experiencia para ir preparados, nos dio todas las opciones posibles hasta que estuviéramos totalmente satisfechos, la empresa da muchas opciones para que crees tu viaje fantástico, el precio si es un poco elevado, pero cuando no tienes ni idea de que puedes hacer o como será el viaje ellos son buenos asesores, el viaje fue increíble.
The very kind adviser, made sure to explain each of the situations of the experience to be prepared, gave us all possible options until we were fully satisfied, the company gives many options for you to create your fantastic trip, the price if it is a little elevated, but when you have no idea what you can do or how the trip will be they are good advisors, the trip was incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui a pedir informes cerca de las 7pm, la chica estaba dentro de un cuarto viendo su celular, le pregunté la hora de servicio y se levantó molesta, me dijo, cerramos a las 6pm, azotó la puerta y apago la luz.
Jamás volveré a comprar un viaje ahí mientras esté esa señorita.? He sido cliente de ahí y nunca me habían atendido así.?
Ahora tendré que ir a Best Day plaza las Americas, me queda lejos pero espero una atención mejor.?
Yesterday I went to ask for reports around 7pm, the girl was inside a room looking at her cell phone, I asked her the time of service and she got up annoyed, she told me, we closed at 6pm, slammed the door and turned off the light.
I will never buy a trip there again while that lady is there. I have been a customer there and they have never treated me like this
Now I will have to go to Best Day plaza las Americas, it is far away but I hope for better attention.
