In these times of Pandemic ... many times you have to invest the time destined to enjoy your trip, you have to allocate it to prepare and have ready the Covid-19 documents that each country requires ...

This situation can be formidable if you find yourself with the help and excellent customer service that the Hotel Majestic CDMX provides to its guests ...

my experience:
The Hotel solved all my work together with all the help it gave me to have my PCR-Covid19 ... all this cumbersome procedure they saved me by giving me the service in my own room and thus saving me my valuable time as a tourist.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this great help to all tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I have always prefered this hotel because of the price. The location is excellent. Negative: This hotel used to be top notch, now, I feel like its runned down some. The shower for example was horrifying, BARELY any hot water. We had to wash our hair with a cup, because it was just too cold from the shower head! The whole hotes did NOT sparkled!

cause you can hear people talking thru the walls and the hall ways.
overall they need to upgrade the hotel.. very disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buget hotel. Pros: Great Breakfast, with a stunning view of Mexico's main square. Walking distance to great shopping areas and restaurants.
Cons: No A/C, the bathroom's curtains allow the water so escape to the floor of the bathroom, making a mess. CATV has no cartoon options for the kids, they get bored to death. No fridge in the room, in case you want to have cool water. The beds have little wheels so they suffle aroud all the time. That was weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem in the rough, the room spacious, the staff very helpful. The well maintain historical nature of the hotel was like stepping back in time. The big surprise was the view from the room, of the the square and cathedral. Overall pleasant comfortable stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for the location...NOT FOR THE LUXURY AND PERKS because they don't really have any. Staff is a little dry and could work on their customer relations skills but they were NOT rude either. Get a window to see the raising of the flag at 5am and go to the 7th floor restaurant for coffee with a great view. Room had a clean bed. Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay at the hotel. Only went there for drinks. Cool historical building. They actually have elevator operator. I can't remember the last time I saw that anywhere. Views of Zocalo from the bar and restaurant are fantastic. Prices reasonable. Service pretty good.
