C	Cynthia Flink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location to beach. Rooms were good and staff very friendly. Breakfast was brought to you every morning in paper bag. Good food. Restaurant on site had live music that was loud and lasted till past midnight which made it hard to get to sleep.

Bedspreads on the bed, we had to borrow bedding from the 2nd bed of you want ice you have to take the bucket to the front desk the clerk will unlock the ice machine which is under locked!!!a Negative: A number of things, having to wear wrist bands like in a hospital, very loud music coming from the lobby area well into the night! 11 or 12am unable to sleep. No bedspreads on beds had to bedding from other bed,ice machine in lobby area kept under locked.
D	Damon Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright room, unlike previous reviewers we had bath and hand towels in the room. Nice views from the balcony. Hot water was barely tepid and hot tub wasn't heated. It seems like they have security issues as they required wristbands and had to check the remotes in and out. Standards for Best Western in Mexico seem a little lower than in the states but if you're willing to stay chill and relax a little it's a decent room by Mexico standards.

We got an old room upstairs with ocean view but the second night we couldn't sleep due to a crazy woman and 5 kids screeming. They move us to better room.
C	Cesar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price. Third floor and no elevator, yikes. We paid extra for an ocean view and it's super nice. No fridge or microwave so grocery stores do no good. Nice pool but closes at ten. Very safe, gated and private access to the public beach.

The room was quite cozy convent and inexpensive there was a wonderful little restaurant in the hotel that had wonderful bands and even a paint day for you if your able to it would have been so much fun if we could have extended our stay we totally would have. The hotel is in a very secure location with a guarded gate at the entrance and it's about 25 feet from the beach

It was right across from the beach with a path so you didn't have to walk through sand all the way. Negative: No microwave or fridge. The restaurant wasn't open every day but the one in the next door hotel was.
