Food is great. The beachfront view is very soothing.

Nice place for vacation, rooms are not soundproof so late night bar music or wedding party sounds enter the room, beach front view and swimming place is very nice and clean

I stayed at this hotel since a friend had her wedding in there. When I made my reservation of course I saw the pictures the hotel has on its website, and the place looked great very good for the price. When we arrived the suite had nothing to do with the pictures in the website, bedroom was very small and the furniture was old and broken, even the shelves in the bathroom were falling off the wall. Since we arrived we noticed that the AC was having problems. On the second night it just exploded at 4 am, it was making a weird noise then leaking and finally just exploded. Nobody did anything. Then it was extremely sad to see that they don’t have enough employees and waiting for your food in the restaurant could take at Least 30 min. Finally same person that was cleaning the bedrooms at 7 am was the same one working all day in different areas and I saw her at 12 am helping in the wedding, this just have me a bad impression that they are overworking personal. Completely disappointing experience.

The WiFi is not great and they have cut hot water service. The views during the sunset are great. The room a bit smelly. One of the pool was not clean but the other one was nice.

Very good place and good hotel service. Food is also good. Cons: WiFi connectivity sometimes not available when inside the room.

Best hotel around the area. Mainly hosting seafarers joining and leaving ships from manzanillo port. Nice location. Highly recommended.

I have stayed her 2 times and total of 9 days. They have good service, the ambiance is great. I was not that happy with the food items. Rooms are decent and clean. Their WiFi is very week. Down town is 3km form the hotel, but u can find a taxi in 5 minutes. Staffs are great, helpful.
