★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place I rented the master suit the best of the best at best western at nuevo Laredo could offer. excellent view. And Jacuzzi was super nice and relaxing.. Very spacious and romantic.. They will accommodate your needs. before I rented the master suit they asked me if I had a request and so I requested a rose for my wife on the bed which was special. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Staff was very accommodating when needing copies to be made or restaurant recommendations. Location, landscaping, lobby leave a lot to be desired. The room was decent, shower needed an upgrade. Lots of cracks in shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was ok, compared to the other hotels in Nuevo Laredo, I always stay at this hotel because is a decent place with plenty of underground parking, but the beds are a little hard for my bad hips.
Also if you an older and wiser person like me, there are no showers and the tubs are too deep which could be dangerous. I know I already fell on one.
There are no Electric Vehicle chargers, but there are wall outlets where you can use your own charger, 120 v but I would not leave it unattended.
They have a very good restaurant for breakfast, but not sure if they are still open. Call to verify.
It is at a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the building looks very impressive from outside, was kind of a very basic hotel, no frills, decent size rooms, TVs and furniture in the room were kind of outdated. Bed was hard, Subterranean parking was good. Staff were very kind and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's close to a lot of restaurants and right across from a Starbucks. The area is nice and they keep the grounds extremely clean which we really liked. The hallways,rooms and lobby were clean and very appealing to the public. We will definitely be back!
