★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly workers, Ms. Monserrat was very kind and always checking that everything were perfect for us, the breakfast was tasty and the rooms are super comfortable and clean, they do service room everyday around 10-13 hours and prepare the room with everything you could need, extra things you would need you can get them for free in the front desk, our team had a pleasant week here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 rooms with the booking app and at the check-in the hotel staff couldn't find both rooms, which were very clearly detailed in my reservation, so they sold me the additional room, but the following day they charged me a no show to my credit card for the room they couldn't find to begin with! Awful customer service, clearly their staffs fault but they won't take responsibility for the wrongful charge as I was denied a refund, the manager never showed his face, only through phone calls, evidently his fault for not training his staff properly. Certainly we'll never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, clean rooms, good water pressure, hot water on demand, comfy beds. Only thing is that they advertise that they're pet friendly but your pet/dog mus weigh up to 5 kilos and they charge $250 pesos for the lil pup, I have a 80lb pitbull, obviously I couldn't bring him in, had to sleep in the RV while the girls tool the room, still overall, nice hotel, and the restaurant have very good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being someone who has stayed in most hotels with in Pachuca I must say this is my personal favorite, the price is right the rooms are immaculate and the personnel is beyond kind and helpful. During my stay there I required a cork screw and they didn't even charge me for it , just gave the person who brought it up a tip, how great was that. The only thing that I would be nit-picking at would be the fact that they advertise that they have and indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool when in reality they only have one pool which is partially roofed and only warm during the day and pretty cold after sundown. Other than that peice of information that they could be clearer about it has a way to cover all the needs a traveler could have
