Rude people with no education,The king size bed is hard as a rock and the front desk just laughs about it, the patio outside of the room is so dangerous for anyone because the ac unit leaks water and wets the patio floor, someone can literally die if they slip and fall. it's nothing like best wester in United States Not even like the others in Monterrey...This place is the worst it just has the name not the quality.The pictures are not from here, the hotel rooms are not as shown the king size room had window u it ac that does not cool .BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED THEY SAY ONLY FOR ADULTS ...ALL MINORS PAY 10 DOLLARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and comfortable hotel. Good service. Just don't stay in the "PB" rooms because they don't have good internet service, and are really noisy. If you stay here you can walk to the downtown, and enjoy the river view.
