★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Best Westerns in the USA allow pets. Apparently this one is going against the norm and in fact does NOT allow pets. In fact it seems the city of Saltillo is against pets altogether. It was near impossible to find a place to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people, great looking hotel, nice grounds, and small parking lot. Very tough for trailers or big vehicles to maneuver. Went to check in and was told THEY DO NOT ALLOW DOGS despite the internet saying they do. Traveler beware, no dog. If in an RV or care to sleep in your vehiclr, check out Hotel Imperial (5 min from Best Western) as they have RV outdoor parking which allows dogs. Hotel Imperial does not allow dogs inside the rooms though. 500 pesos for RV parking area, hotel room about 1000 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hotel when I'm in Saltillo! They have large junior suites with full kitchen. Some even have balconies. There are 2 barbecue pits at the pool patio area. The pool is small, but still feels good when it's hot out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * Breakfast scrambled eggs always spicy, and not so much variety of things.
* Reception calls in the room at 4am to request the car key, since the car rental company came to the place to collect the cars without even warning, I hung up the phone and they knocked on the door.
* The rooms are not well insulated, you hear noise from other rooms, since the room I was in had a door between them.
* The "law of silence" is not followed, I do not know if the hotel has but they do not follow this, because one day had party in the barbecue area with loud sound until 2am in the morning and the hotel did nothing to control the uncomfortable .
* The only good thing (which is not so good) is the possibility of rooms with kitchen, however the utensils should be bought since they are inexistent or insufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sized rooms. Walls are very thin though. Service is great. Internet is extremely inconsistent. I constantly have to switch to different connects while in my room. The quality of the internet is very low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in Saltillo. Excellent rooms, full breakfast included in price. All Covid precautions in place. Easy to find and easy walking distance to restaurants & shops. Very secure & clean.
