Quise mover las fechas de mi reservación de un carro, no se pudo, solo con 72hrs prevías, desde antes estuve tratando de comunicarme con la empresa, el día de la reservación estoy marcando desde temprano, después de dos hrs de estar intentando que responda un operador a los 10minutos, cuelgan, la segunda llamada después de 1 hr y media contestan y piden al cliente que uno sea flexible con ellos por lo de la Pandemia pero ellos como empresa no lo son con el cliente, estuve tratando vía teléfonica, desde la página web y nunca me dieron una respuesta positiva, ni se comunicaron conmigo, es una empresa con falta de compromiso hacía el cliente, no quería cancelar el servicio, solo mover la fechas, nada fuera de este mundo ! Pésimo servicio al cliente!!! ***Adjunto el número de la empresa y el tiempo en que tardan en contestar ***
I wanted to move the dates of my car reservation, it could not be, only 72 hours in advance, since before I was trying to communicate with the company, on the day of the reservation I am dialing early, after two hours of trying to answer a operator after 10 minutes, they hang up, the second call after 1 hr and a half they answer and ask the client to be flexible with them because of the Pandemic but they as a company are not with the client, I was dealing by phone, from the website and they never gave me a positive response, nor did they communicate with me, it is a company with a lack of commitment to the client, I did not want to cancel the service, just move the dates, nothing out of this world! Terrible customer service !!! *** Attached the company number and the time it takes to answer ***

Está bien te ayudan mucho y son muy atentos pero los asesores de viaje del hotel de parte de la agencia son difíciles de encontrar a pesar de que te dicen en dónde encontrarlos y para enviarles un mensaje el tiempo de respuesta es de una hr. Las personas que te recojen son extremadamente amables y te ayudan mucho con cualquier duda al igual que los asesores telefónicos. Lo único es que si llegas 10 minutos tarde a tu transponte, mejor ya no lo intentes porque te deja, o al menos fue mi experiencia ya que envié mensaje a mi asesor del hotel y nunca recibí respuesta. Así que para eso sí te recomiendo llegues súper a tiempo.
It is good they help you a lot and they are very attentive but the travel consultants of the hotel on behalf of the agency are difficult to find even though they tell you where to find them and to send them a message the response time is one hr. The people who pick you up are extremely friendly and help you a lot with any questions as well as the telephone consultants. The only thing is that if you arrive 10 minutes late to your transponte, you better not try it because it leaves you, or at least it was my experience since I sent a message to my hotel advisor and I never received an answer. So for that I do recommend you arrive super on time.

I booked online and paid for transportation thru Best Day to and from the airport in Cancun. They never picked us up to travel back and we were forced to over pay for a taxi. The manager of the hotel tried calling Best Day but their phone number listed on their pamphlets and website were out of service. I left a note with BD Travel rep Nicolas at Yamalkan resort in cancun that I wanted a refund for my travel voucher that they never honored and reimbursement for the ripoff taxi ride. I've not heard from him. They should change their name to Worse Day Travel. I want my money back.

Like several other people, I can not recommend BestDay Travel. They are merely a reseller of other travel operators, although their agents are nice and friendly. I booked a trip with them and chose the premium version of the two available. The experience was not premium at all (unless you call a small sandwich of a size of newborn's fist per person a "Continental Breakfast" or beer called "Alcohol Beverages"), I even had to pay for softdrinks during lunch. After I reached out to customer service here they accepted the mistake, said they will communicate it with the supplier, but no refund, no apology, basically "not my problem" attitude. Do not book trips here, go to the web and go directly to the operators instead.
