★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My transfer to the ferry went well. Even though my flight arrival was delayed by an hour. Despite the notice that delays of more than an hour may result in cancelation, Best day waited and honored the transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rode with them in Cancun. Reliable and on time. No issues using this company. Only issue was at check in they could not find my reservation. Make sure you bring the voucher or you may have problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My prepaid pickup (through Westjet Vacations) from Barcelo Riviera Maya was scheduled for Jan 20th at 12:10 pm. We were waiting at the pickup spot at 11:45 and waited until 12:45 and no one showed up and we could not get in touch with anyone. We had to take a taxi to make it to the airport which cost us 1600 pesos. Unbelievable poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best day is a horrible service. They took 3 hours to get us a 45 minute drive upon our arrival in Cancun... Then they never showed up for our return transfer. We needed to take a taxi. They provide services for Air Canada vacations. Certainly never use their services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one ever answers the phones, impossible to get in touch with them, if you have a issue with your reservation, well...good luck getting some one to help you because this guys aren't there for you. I've tried to call their 800 number, the corporate number and any other way possible but like i said the phones are disconnected. very poor customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, and that's if you can get in touch with anyone. Tried to use them for shuttle back to the airport and they were a no show. We didn't receive a phone call or anything telling us they weren't coming and after waiting an extra 45 minutes we had to call a cab to get us to our flight. Even after they didn't show up they still only refunded half our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Day service sent me to the wrong location for a pick up for an expensive trip to Xcaret. Now they won't take accountability for the lack of customer experience, and will not provide a refund.
Do not book with Best Day. They don't appreciation your time and money. Book at any of the million other options available for tour excursions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a private luxury vehicle transfer and waited over 45 min at the airport. We ended up taking a van after waiting close to an hour as we were eager to start our trip. They have too many transfers and not enough vehicles to accommodate. Poor experience and poor start to our trip
